Payment Options
Payment is via PayPal with any Visa/Mastercard Debit Card or Credit Card as a PayPal Guest without opening a PayPal account.
If you have a PayPal account, you may pay with any Visa/Mastercard Debit/Credit Card OR using your PayPal balance.
If you are in New Zealand and would like to pay via Internet Banking, please email us for our account details for direct credits
Please be aware that this method may result in a delay in the dispatch of your order, as goods dispatched once payment received.

This applies to mainland NZ . Excludes Waiheke Island and other offshore islands. Please Contact us for delivery details

Standard Essential fittings and product orders are sent New Zealand based Couriers and dispatched with a tracking ticket.
Shipping is applied at checkout.
Shipping is always provided at cost, for items over 5kg additional charges may apply.

All our items are checked individually by hand before dispatch.
If you should have any concerns after receiving your order - please contact us and we will
be happy to refund any monies, subject items being returned as detailed in our Returns Policy

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Shopfittingsrus, if not we pay for the return to us. This means Free Returns for you.
Free Returns are available for 7 days from the day you received delivery. Applies to all products except Indent items, or custom made products including mannequins, slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas, retail shelving, special orders and indent items as specified at time of order.
Money Back Guarantee
In case you do not like anything you purchased from us, you can return your order or parts of your order for a full refund of the goods for 7 days following delivery, exception being for custom made or indent items.
The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in a fully resalable and unused condition.

Returns Procedure

To make things easy for you we will to send you an email requesting collection details and a returns form and to arrange courier pickup from yourselves. We organise the collection for you and pay for the return delivery to our warehouse (applies to all products except mannequins, slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving special orders and indent items as specified at time of order).
The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in a fully resalable and unused condition.
Returns should be authorised up to 7 days from the day of delivery to you. All refunds will be processed within 7 days from the day the return was received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation - Consumer Contract Regulation
If you are a Consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation to cancel your order or parts of your order you bought from us for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your contract with us you can do so without giving us any reasons within 7 days from the day of delivery. The goods must be unused and in saleable condition.
